• 1. Independent Contractors: Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of Lotsofcode.
• 2. Limitation of Liability: Lotsofcode shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Lotsofcode Referral Program.
• 3. Modification of Terms: Lotsofcode reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Lotsofcode Referral Program at any time and will notify affiliates of any changes.
