Terms And Conditions

1. Eligibility: Any individual or business who is interested in promoting Lotsofcode's products or services can apply to become an affiliate.
2. Joining Fee: There is a joining fee of Rs. 999 for the Lotsofcode Referral Program, which is refundable after the third order they get us.
3. Commission Structure: Affiliates will receive a commission of up to 10% of the order value for successful referrals.
4. Referral Requirements: To qualify for a commission, the referral must be a new customer to Lotsofcode and must have been introduced to Lotsofcode by the affiliate.
5. Payment: Commission payments will be made via bank transfer on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has earned a minimum of Rs. 1,000 in commission. Commission earned between the 1st and 31st of the month will be paid on the 25th of the following month only if the client has made full payment for their order. If the client has not made full payment for their order, the commission will be paid after 15 days from the fulfillment of the order.
6. Marketing Guidelines: Affiliates must comply with Lotsofcode's marketing guidelines, which include guidelines for the use of trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property.
7. Termination: Lotsofcode reserves the right to terminate the affiliate's participation in the program at any time if they violate the terms and conditions of the program.

Conditions of Use

1. Affiliate Responsibilities: Affiliates are responsible for promoting Lotsofcode's products or services in a truthful and accurate manner and must not make any false or misleading claims.
2. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates must not engage in any activities that could harm the reputation of Lotsofcode, including but not limited to spamming, unethical marketing practices, or illegal activities.
3. Confidentiality: Affiliates must keep all confidential information regarding Lotsofcode and its products or services confidential and must not disclose such information to any third party.

1. Pricing and Discounts: Affiliates must not offer any pricing or discounts on Lotsofcode's products or services without prior written consent from Lotsofcode.
2. Returns and Refunds: Any returns or refunds requested by the customer will result in the corresponding commission being deducted from the affiliate's account.
3. Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the sale of Lotsofcode's products or services.
