Non-Refundable Services:

Due to the nature of our work and the time invested after service initiation, refunds cannot be offered once the project has begun. However, if you’re facing issues, please reach out to us. We’ll do our best to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.

Cancellation by Client:

  • Within 2 Days: If you cancel the project within 2 days of placing the order, we will refund 50% of the total amount paid.
  • After 2 Days: Unfortunately, cancellations after 2 days of service initiation will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation by Lotsofcode:

In the rare instance that Lotsofcode Private Limited needs to cancel a project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide you with a full refund and work with you to find a suitable alternative solution, if possible.
